At Pokeflip, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your fit isn't quite right, our simple online portal makes it easy to swap sizes or receive a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your return en route to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
